MESSAGE

On behalf of the High Level Committee on Non-Resident Indians & Persons of Indian Origin and on my own behalf I would like to express our deep sorrow at the tragic events that have taken place in New York and Washington, D.C. We express our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families of all victims and condemn in the strongest terms such outrageous onslaughts against humanity and the civilized world. The world needs a global strategy and a sense of solidarity against terrorism everywhere.

Many Non-Resident Indians representing some of India’s brightest professionals have lost their lives in New York. We are deeply concerned and distressed.We are deeply concerned about the welfare of all survivors and pray for their safety and well-being.
